PCL takes Nitrogen Inflation to Automechanika Shanghai 2011

PCL Shanghai will be demonstrating its advanced products for nitrogen tyre inflation on Stand A38, Hall W3.

More than 60,000 visitors from across the world are expected to visit the show to source equipment for a range of applications, with representatives from garage workshops, petrol forecourts and vehicle manufacturers.

A huge focus for 2011 is on car care and green products, therefore PCL Shanghai will be a big draw. Its portfolio of products for nitrogen tyre inflation provides extra safety, increased fuel economy and extended tyre life, saving the driver money whilst being environmentally friendly.

PCL's nitrogen products, which are ideal for workshops, fleets, tire shops, and car dealerships and advanced racing applications, include:

• the N2 Generator, capable of delivering high levels of nitrogen, and representing the latest PSA nitrogen generation technology in a robust, cost effective and mobile design.
• the N2 Inflator, developed to deliver N2 inflation cost-effectively, with automatic preset facility - so accurate and reliable that it enables the operator to get on with other work whilst up to 4 tyres are inflated simultaneously, thus saving time and money.
• ACCURA Mobile, PCL's portable Nitrogen Tyre Inflation Cart.
• Nitrogen Analyzer – a rugged and ergonomically designed piece of equipment which can read the actual percentage of nitrogen in your tyres.

PCL Shanghai is also set to launch an exciting new product at the show - the ACCURA QUBE Tower. This freestanding version of the popular, space-saving product, places the 150mmx150mm unit on a column so you can place it wherever you like. It offers fast and accurate tyre inflation within a simple, safe, state-of-the-art design. It’s as reliable and straightforward as all products in PCL's leading ACCURA range of preset inflators, yet features just three modes: standard inflate/deflate, tyreshop (featuring overpressure) and nitrogen (top off and complete purge). All the customer needs to do is preset the required pressure, place the connector on the tyre and let the in-built auto-start function do the rest.

Visitors to Automechanika Shanghai will be guided through PCL's tyre inflation and air technology for petrol forecourt, tyreshops, car dealerships, automotive plants and suppliers, and fleets.
