Customer Service Team Leader

In this newly created role as Customer Service Team Leader you will effectively mentor, challenge and lead from the front the customer service team ensuring they are structured and supported to deliver excellent customer service consistently exceeding customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service/ internal sales management/ team leader experience, a proven record of hitting personal and team KPI’s, be an analytical problem solver with experience of workflow re-engineering, be a confident and clear communicator, have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and be a hands on team player, who leads by example. Experience of delivering training/CPD sessions is desirable as is working in Ecommerce customer service.
