PCL strengthens marketing team to build brand & support Partner+ Programme

Industry Executive Ben Spotswood to Work Strategically with Distributors

PCL is continuing its drive to raise brand awareness and help distributors flourish with the recruitment of Marketing Executive Ben Spotswood.

He will join the wider marketing team in implementing their strategy for PCL worldwide, and TECALEMIT in the UK. More specifically, Ben will be supporting customers through the PCL Partner+ scheme, which aims to bring PCL’s valued customers closer. The initiative offers partners a range of exciting benefits, including advantageous trading and credit terms, growth bonuses, and exclusive marketing support.

As a business and marketing graduate with career experience within the steel industry, Ben has the necessary expertise to work collaboratively with distributors to grow their businesses.

“Whether it’s help with digital, content or design and branding aspects, or strategic assistance, I will work with partners so they can develop, reaching and even exceeding targets; and I can also help identify gaps in the market,” explained Ben. “For those who are considering the Partner+ scheme, I will visit them to explain the benefits of the programme.”

He continued: “PCL is committed to working with partners towards mutual goals, and I shall be providing any marketing support or assistance they may require to help them achieve their individual short and long term objectives. I’m looking forward to building quality relationships with our customers across the UK; delving into their unique working environments, be that here in Sheffield, across the sea in Ireland, up in the north of Scotland or down on the south coast of Britain. My ultimate aim is to help build quality working partnerships that will last for decades.”
