PCL’s new free-standing D80 – towers above the rest for digital inflation

PCL has built on the firm foundations of its successful D50 Free-Standing Digital Tyre Inflation tower to launch the new, improved D80 range.

The international tyre inflation expert’s latest tower range is designed to meet the exacting demands and harsh environment of the modern petrol forecourt. Its stainless steel casing not only offers longer life but also adds to the stylish exterior.

All components, from the housing through to the inflator, the reels and even the radiator filler, are built for ease of use, reliability and longevity. As a result, all D80 units combine a user-friendly, robust design with leading sensor technology, electronics and proprietary software.

In short, the D80 retains all of the features of the D50 but in an even more cost effective package, offering further options and a higher specification.

This makes the D80 Free-standing Digital Tyre Inflation range the safest and most simple complete tyre inflation format.

All the customer has to do is preset the required pressure, then place the connector on the tyre, and the built-in auto-start function does the rest – with the inflator’s highly durable ceramic sensor enabling consistently, extremely accurate tyre pressure measurement.

In addition, the D80’s proven electronics and stable software means low operation and maintenance costs, whilst the simple diagnostics provides excellent faultfinding capabilities.

The D80 range includes a product for all requirements, from the lower cost, slimline tower with air and water options, through to the self-contained built-in retractor range. Both can house standalone compressors making any model of D80 the ultimate in flexibility due to its ability to cope whether mains air is available or not.

For operators, the D80 offers a cost-effective, first class inflation solution, even in remote locations.
